Study Room Policy

Group study rooms are intended for current VVC student's academic use only.  Rooms cannot be used for commercial purposes, club meetings, social activities, or faculty/staff use.  

  • Study Rooms are intended for Groups Study (2 or up to 10 students, see individual room for number)
  • Do not leave room unattended.
  • Rooms can be Reserved Online Only for up to 3 hours per day and up to 1 week in advance (No Phone Reservations)
  • Reservations are limited to One Group Per Day.

  • Students with reservations must occupy the room within the first 15 minutes of the reservation period or the reservation is forfeited

  • Eating, drinking, or inappropriate behavior is not permitted and will result in your reservation being terminated by Library Staff. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum
  • Study rooms must be vacated 15 minutes prior to the library closing

*All rooms have whiteboards. Markers and erasers can be checked out at the Circulation desk. Room 211 also includes a TV monitor and DVD/VCR player.
